II hope you love your new fine art print! Please note that unless the product is damaged or defective all sales are final and I'm unable to offer refunds for buyer's remorse.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on my print partner's part will be covered at their expense.

If for any reason you wish to return your painting offer a 7 day money back guarantee. For shipped artwork, items must be returned in resale condition in the original packaging. The cost to return the painting will be shared equally between the artist and the art collector.
If an item arrives damaged please photograph the damaged package before opening and notify me immediately.

Shipping is Free, but…
If your order is shipped from a facility that's in a different region than your delivery destination, you mayt have to pay handling and/or customs fees upon delivery. The customs fees may vary depending on the order value, country limits, etc. These fees are determined by your local customs office and depend on the value of your order, import regulations, and the type of product.
Unfortunately, it’s difficult to predict the exact amount you’ll be charged. For more information, please contact your local customs office before placing your order.
Delivery times
Depending on where the order is coming from and being shipped to, estimated shipping time is from 5-17 days. These shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.
